As an experienced home renovator and a licensed Florida Realtor with Salt Harbor Real Estate Company, she brings a rare dual perspective to the local property market. Nicole founded The Staging Collective LLC after recognizing a distinct need for high-quality, reasonably priced home staging services in Nassau and Duval Counties. Her signature style combines a high-end aesthetic with clean lines and detailed craftsmanship, ensuring every room feels intentional and inviting.
Patti Rosepiler brings over a decade of comprehensive real estate experience, with a background spanning residential sales, investing, architectural design, and master-level home staging. Do I need to move out if I still live in the home?
Not at all. We offer occupied-home staging designed to work with you and many of the furnishings you already have. We'll evaluate your home, recommend what to keep, rearrange or refresh, and identify any finishing touches that will help it show its best. Every home is different, so we'll create a staging approach that works for your space, lifestyle, and selling goals.
Do you source and purchase the furnishings?
Yes. For Airbnb and short-term rental styling projects, we source furnishings, décor, and essentials specifically selected for your property. We focus on pieces that are stylish, durable, guest-friendly, and designed to stand up to frequent turnovers. Best of all, the furnishings are yours to own, creating a cohesive, photo-ready space that helps your rental stand out and deliver a memorable guest experience.
Can I or my buyer purchase the staged furniture?
Yes. Most staged furniture and décor are available for purchase for a predetermined fee, making it easy for you or your buyer to enjoy the professionally designed space exactly as it is. Mattresses and linens are excluded from the purchase.
